The final day of the Provincial Primary Schools athletics competition wrapped up with outstanding performances from all districts. However, the Sarah Baartman district stood out with the most exceptional athletes and several broken records.

New Chapter for Qumbu Village learners
EC Education MEC Fundile Gade officially handed over a brand-new state-of-the-art school to the community of Qumbu Village. The school, worth a staggering R58 million marks a significant investment in the education and future of the OR Tambo Inland Education District learners as it is a demonstration of the Department’s commitment to improving education outcomes and social mobility.

Desks for a brighter future
