Ablution Facilities handover and progress assessment in EC School
Minister of Basic Education, Siviwe Gwarube joined by the MEC for Education in the Eastern Cape, Fundile Gade handed over brand new toilets to Ntlukuhla Junior Secondary School in Mthatha and Nombiza Primary School in Tsolo. Thereafter, they inspected the progress of removing outdated pit toilets at Emarhambeni Junior Secondary School in Qumbu within the OR Tambo inland education District.

Minister Gwarube to hand over newly built toilet facilities

Ms Sharon Ann Maasdorp born in Gqeberha, attended Soutpan Primary school and Arcadia High school. Schooled in one of the very disadvantaged areas in the Northern suburb of Gqeberha. Head Girl of the school and also part of a team of young learners who started many initiatives like dance, modelling and drama at the school.
