The Eastern Cape Department of Education Primary Curriculum Management in Collaboration with Horizon Mathematics hosted a Horizon Mathematics Competition for grade 5-7 across the Province.

Horizon Mathematics committed to working with the PDE's to create opportunities for learners to engage in this annual competition known as the Horizon Mathematics Competition.

This Competition is Aimed at encouraging learners to have fun in the field of Mathematics and propel those learners with a gift in the subject.

The Horizon Mathematics Competition is part of the activities that include Mathematics week and National science week celebration.
