According to MEC Gade, this thoughtful gesture aims to show appreciation for their tireless hardwork and dedication, which plays a vital role in keeping the department running smoothly. Gade said, "We appreciate your hardwork and commitment to the service because we see you as the backbone of our organization, and we are grateful for your efforts."

Additionally, Gade said, "As the Department of Education, we are committed to giving back to those who work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our schools and offices run efficiently. This gesture is a small token of our appreciation for your dedication to the education sector."

EC Education HOD, Sharon Maasdorp echoed Gade's sentiments, saying, "As a leader, it is my pleasure to show appreciation to the wonderful people who work behind the scenes to make our department look spotless. We value and appreciate the contributions of all our employees, and we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment."

We have been serving this department with loyalty and diligence, we hope that our efforts will be recognized and rewarded with job security."
