The Eastern Cape Department of Education MEC, Fundile Gade will handover James Ndulula primary school to the community of Nelson Mandela Bay Education District in Gqeberha, tomorrow, Friday May 21, 2021 at 09:00 am. 
 
This handover forms part of the great department's grand plan to ensure teaching and learning takes place is a conductive environment.

Additionally, this plan seeks to also ensure that all children of school going age have access to resourced  schools closer to their communities. 

The function is also meant to ensure that the department formally handover these institutions to communities, who in turn will make them become centres for community life.
