The Eastern Cape Department of Education Head of Department, Dr. Naledi Mbude was on Sunday visited N. Ntshinga Circuit 312, at Zwelitsha zone 5 for Education Service Sunday.

The Purpose of the Service was to encourage learners, especially those in Grade 12 to work hard, despite of their circumstances.

"Poverty can only do two things, it's either it builds and groom you to become something in life, or it can break and destroy you, it is in your hands to choose which path to take," said Dr. N. Mbude.

Officials from the Department and Zwelitsha Community supported this initiative, everyone was wearing their Academic regalia as a sign of encouragement, “it doesn't matter where you come from, you can make it in life, with hard work and dedication,” added Dr. Mbude.
